Once you have placed your order, you can expect your items to be dispatched within 4-7 days. The majority of products dispatched are made to order and gift wrapped free of charge.
Please choose your candle colors carefully as reposts are unavailable for shade alternatives.
Shipping includes tracking, and prices vary worldwide.
UK shipping is fixed and is free delivery over £35.
All order s placed between 2-12 August will be resumed 14 August.
RETURN POLICY
Whilst we aim to make sure your package is completely protected for our beloved customers, please be aware damage in transit is completely out of our control. If you have received a damaged item, please contact us and provide a clear, valid photo of the issue, and a solution can be found.
No exchanges or refunds for items that are not damaged.
No refunds on postage.
